Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2012 No. 240 "About licensing of development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment" and the list of the federal executive bodies and the state corporations performing licensing of specific types of activity, No. 957 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2011 "About the organization of licensing of separate types of activity".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About modification of article 12 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity".
