in Rules of rendering the state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for the Occupation Right Notarial Activities":

The person which is applying for the occupation right notarial activities and successfully passed training at the notary who is engaged in private practice or at the notary public (further – uslugopoluchatel) sends to the Commission on certification of persons applying for the occupation right the notarial activities (further – the Commission) created under Departments of justice of areas, cities of republican value and capital through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz the documents at the place of residence specified in Item 8 of the Standard of the state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for the Occupation Right Notarial Activities" (dalee-Standart) in electronic form signed by the digital signature (further – the EDS) according to appendix 1 to these rules.";
