About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state mortgage housing lending"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state mortgage housing lending" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 5, the Art. 391) the following changes:
Item 11 of Article 2 to declare 1) invalid;
2) in Article 10:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. The interest rate for the public mortgage loan is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
b) recognize part 2 invalid;
c) in part 3 to replace the word of "five" with the word of "fifteen";
d) recognize part 4 invalid;
e) state part 5 in the following edition:
"5. The mortgage loan is issued to the participant in national currency without the issuance of credit commission. If necessary the participant has the right to obtain the credit for acquired housing under the guarantee.".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
