About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. In parts one and the eighth subitem 4.9 of Item 4, Item 4-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2016 No. 300 "About organization of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle" word "by JSC Belagroprombank shall be replaced with words "JSC ASB Belarusbank.
2. BNBK Ltd within one month from the date of entry into force of this Decree:
provide opening of special accounts in Belarusian rubles and (or) the corresponding foreign currency in JSC ASB Belarusbank;
provide to JSC Belagroprombank payment orders on transfer of balances in cash from special accounts into the corresponding special accounts opened in JSC ASB Belarusbank;
submit applications for closing of the corresponding special accounts in JSC Belagroprombank.
The personal responsibility for violation of the requirements containing in part one of this Item to assign to the director of BNBK Ltd.
3. This Decree becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
