About modification and amendments in the Law "About Temporary Disability Benefits and to Motherhood"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 6 of the Law of October 27, 2010 "About temporary disability benefits and to motherhood" (further - the Law) the words "for the working day it is not paid, following it" to exclude No. ZR-160, and to replace the word of "day" with the word of "days".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 8 of the Law to replace the word "second" with the word "first".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law to replace the word "second" with the word "first".

Article 4. Regarding 1 article 10 of the Law to replace the word "second" with the word "first".

Article 5. In Items 1-4 of part 1 and part 2 of article 12 of the Law to replace the word "second" with the word "first".

Article 6. Regarding 1 article 14 of the Law to replace the word "second" with the word "first".

Article 7. In article 22 of the Law:

The word of "motherhood" to exclude 1) from part 6;

To replace 2) in part 10 of the word "Maternal Benefit" with the word "Benefit", and the word "transition" - the words "month of transition";

The word "second" to replace 3) in parts 12 and 13 with the word "first".

Article 8. To add article 24 of the Law with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. In case of change of the employer (except for reorganization) during maternity leave the maternal benefit pays to hired employee authorized body in the procedure established by the Government.".

Article 9. To exclude from item 4 of part 5 of article 25 of the Law of the word "following the working day".
