About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the organization of service in law enforcement agencies
For the purpose of enhancement of activities for the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2020 No. 51 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:
- the fourth Item 13 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- add Item 33 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The participant list of tender, with results of the held competition, is posted on the official site of law enforcement agency.";
- the paragraph one of Item 37 to state in the following edition:
"37. The citizens for the first time arriving on service in law enforcement agencies are enlisted in reserve of personnel based on results of passing of rates of initial professional training by them in educational institutions of law enforcement agencies, except for persons specified in Items 11 and 12 of this provision.";
- add Item 39 with paragraphs the eighth and ninth the following content:
"-achievements of the age established by part 8 of article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic".
To the candidates excluded from reserve of personnel the notification within fourteen working days goes.";
- state Item 40 in the following edition:
