About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring single approach to questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 10, of 11, of 14, 24 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for forming of reserve of personnel on promotion in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of appointment to which availability of highly specialized knowledge and skills, according to appendix 3 is required;

4) the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic on which persons can be designated is more senior than 35 years for the first time arriving on service according to appendix 4;

5) the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic on which acceptance is performed without competitive selection, according to appendix 5;

6) standard form of the contract on service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 6.

2. Determine that regulations of this resolution are applied to the citizens enlisted in reserve of personnel of law enforcement agencies before entry into force of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police), Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- develop and approve contract form, taking into account specifics of activities and conditions of service, on the basis of the standard form of the contract approved by this resolution;

- take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

-  the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2012 No. 343;

-  the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on substitution of positions of the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and the List of positions of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic which selection on substitution is performed on konkurny basis" of November 24, 2014 No. 673;

-  the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into  the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2012 No. 343" of March 10, 2015 No. 107;
