For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on work with refugees in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 4, 2003 No. 188 the following changes:
in the Regulations on work with refugees in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 6:
word in paragraph one to "appendix 5 to this resolution" shall be replaced with words to "appendix 1 to this Provision";
- state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. In case of expression by person of desire to submit the petition at the check point through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, the authorized employee of body of immigration control:
- explains to person and members of his family procedure for the address with the petition, complying with confidentiality terms;
- issues the form of the petition for filling in form according to appendix 1 to this Provision;
- reports the address and contact information of authorized body to which it is necessary to submit the petition, or at the request of person accepts the petition for further redirection in authorized body in terms, the stipulated in Clause 4 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees";
- performs the omission through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic in the presence at person of the valid documents granting the right of crossing of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
