"Article 1-1.
Introduce unilaterally visa-free regime for up to 60 days for citizens of foreign states - owners of passports of the United Nations (the passport of red United Nations Laissez color - Passer).
Article 1-2.
For the purpose of ensuring national security and protection of public health of the Kyrgyz Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to suspend fully or partially visa-free regime of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic according to the approved offer of the authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic knowing national security issues in the field of health care and in the field of foreign affairs.";
Appendix to the Law to add 2) with Items 53-61 of the following content:
"53. Republic Albania
54. Republic of Bulgaria
55. Socialist Republic of Vietnam
56. State of Israel
57. Republic of Cyprus
58. Republic Northern Macedonia
59. Republic Romania
60. Kingdom of Thailand
61. United Mexican States".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
