About introduction of visa-free regime for citizens of some states for up to 60 days

The purpose of this Law is assistance to stimulation of inflow of investments, tourism developments, comprehensive activization of the bilateral relations with the countries concerning which citizens the visa-free regime according to the enclosed list, and also efficiency analysis of the entered regulations is unilaterally introduced.
Article 1. Introduce unilaterally visa-free regime for up to 60 days for citizens of the states according to the enclosed list.
Article 1-1. Introduce unilaterally visa-free regime for up to 60 days for citizens of foreign states - owners of passports of the United Nations (the passport of red United Nations Laissez color - Passer).
Article 1-2. For the purpose of ensuring national security and protection of public health of the Kyrgyz Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to suspend fully or partially visa-free regime of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic according to the approved offer of the authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic knowing national security issues in the field of health care and in the sphere of foreign affairs.
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month:
- notify the states concerning which citizens the unilateral visa-free regime for up to 60 days, about adoption of this Law is introduced;
- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
- make in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic offers on reduction of the legislation in compliance with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication and is effective till December 31, 2025.
