About modification and amendments in the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. From part 4 of article 7 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) words", investigators of investigation department of Committee of state revenues" to exclude.

The provisions established by parts 1 and 2 of this Article are not applied in cases when assessment for half-year of sense of duty of the state official or the semi-annual report it was estimated negatively because of non-execution of service duties owing to attraction to military service by means of mobilization appeal or participation, without being on service as the serviceman (voluntarily), on voluntary basis in fighting on defense of the Republic of Armenia, and also on the basis of contracts on military mutual assistance with the Republic of Armenia or with the state authorized body of defense - other countries.".
Article 4. Part 6 of article 22 of the Law after the word "including" to add with words "attraction to military service by means of mobilization appeal or participation, without being on service as the serviceman (voluntarily), on voluntary basis in fighting on defense of the Republic of Armenia, and also on the basis of contracts on military mutual assistance with the Republic of Armenia or with the state authorized body of defense - other countries,".
