1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"since July 1 if the monthly size of retirement benefits taking into account allowances, increases, additional pensions, the target monetary assistance, the amounts of indexation of monthly compensation in case of loss of the supporter owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, other surcharges to pensions established by the legislation (except pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine) at persons with disability of the I group which receive the pension granted according to the Law does not reach 2200 hryvnias, monthly pension supplement in the amount which is not enough to the specified size which is considered in case of further recalculations of pensions is provided to such persons.".
2. In Item 3 of the word "provided by paragraphs the third, fourth" shall be replaced with words "provided by paragraphs third - the fifth".
