1. For calculation of average earnings settlement period are 12 calendar months (with 1st to the 1st) preceding event with which the corresponding payment is connected. Other periods for calculation which are not worsening situation of workers can be provided by the collective agreement.
For calculation of average earnings of the specific worker average day earnings are used.
Average day earnings, except payment of leaves and payment of compensation for unused leave, are determined by division actually of accrued payroll in settlement period for calendar days for worked time. The size of average earnings of the worker is determined by multiplication of average day earnings on the number of the days which are subject to payment.
