1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" the following changes:
to state Item 3 of the note to appendix 4 in the following edition:
"3. The surcharges established in this appendix extend to teachers in objects of profile appointment of specialized departments of children's and youth sports schools, leading employees and teachers in objects of profile appointment of specialized schools for children and young people of the Olympic reserve, specialized sports and technical schools for children and young people, colleges of sport, boarding schools for the children presented in sport, schools of the highest sports skill, teachers of the public institutions and the state companies of social security, health care, culture, teachers who do not have military and special ranks, public institutions and the state companies of system of law-enforcement bodies, bodies of civil protection, special state bodies and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
to state Item 3 of the note to appendix 5 in the following edition:
"3. The surcharges established in this appendix extend to the health workers who do not have military and special ranks, public institutions and the state companies of system of special bodies, law-enforcement bodies, bodies of civil protection, system of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on medical and scientists of public institutions and the state companies of education system and science, social security, physical culture and sport.".
