1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:
The rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 18-2 of the following content:
"18-2. Expense recovery of transport organizations on transportation of the goods provided to the Republic of Kazakhstan by foreign states and the international organizations for rendering the official humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Kazakhstan for non-admission of further spread of koronavirusny infection of COVID-19, is performed within eighteen months from the date of decision making by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about acceptance of the official humanitarian assistance by the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
