About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Item 6 of part 3 of Article 95 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) in the following edition:

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 113 of the Code with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) in case of recognition of the residence permit of the foreigner invalid or invalid."

Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
