1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2016 No. 792 "About procedure of the state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 35, Art. 5321; No. 47, Art. 6638).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. In word preamble "According to part 1 of article 28 of the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 "About quarantine of plants" to exclude No. 206-FZ.
2. In Rules of implementation of the state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
a) the paragraph third Item 2 after words "the free port of Vladivostok," to add with the words "and also till January 1, 2022 at the check points determined by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 6, 2018 No. 1491 " about determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at which different types of the state control (supervision) are performed by officials of customs authorities " (further-the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 6, 2018 No. 1491)", after the words "concerning quarantine products" to add with words ", including the quarantine products moved in hand luggage and baggage of passengers,";
b) add with Items 2 (1) - 2(3) following contents:
