About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47
Based on paragraphs of the third or sixth subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2010 No. 1172 "About authority delegation of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal acts according to the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 7.1.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation of average earnings approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47, the following changes:
to exclude from part one of Item 12 of figure "12";
the second Item 22 to state part in the following edition:
"To the workers who were not working in the period accepted for calculation of average earnings in connection with absence, absence from work in connection with serving of administrative punishment in the form of the administrative detention interfering execution of labor obligations, calculation of average earnings is performed taking into account time of absences, absence from work in connection with serving of administrative punishment in the form of the administrative detention interfering execution of labor obligations.";
