Make changes to Rules according to which bodies of employment service perform social payments to the citizens recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed and the issue of offers on early award of pension to such citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2019 No. 116n (registration No. 55424), according to appendix is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 29, 2019.
2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
