in the Provision about Central customs laboratories of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the specified order:
in Item 14:
add with subitem 9-1) of the following content:
"9-1) conducting the examinations which are not provided by Chapter 54 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan";";
in Item 15:
add with subitem 15-1) of the following content:
"15-1) implementation of the examinations which are not provided by Chapter 54 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan";";
in Item 16:
add with subitem 14-1) of the following content:
"14-1) to get acquainted with materials, to conduct researches of the provided tests and samples in case of respect for their admissibility and reliability, and also to observe fixed terms of conducting the examinations which are not provided by Chapter 54 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan";".
