2) the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee).
3. To heads of the Film logical center, Educational and methodical center, Central customs laboratory of Committee in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.

1. The central customs laboratory of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Central customs laboratory) is the specialized public institution of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee) authorized on accomplishment of functions on conducting customs examination and other functions according to the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – EEU) and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The central customs laboratory performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.
