1. In Item 2 of the Section VIII of the Procedure for the conducting office investigations in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 12, 2015 No. 356/5, No. registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 for No. 295/26740, of the word and figures "The Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 for No. 902/11182" shall be replaced with words also in figures "The central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of December 23, 2020 No. 383, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2021 for No. 52/35674".
