1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 1997 No. 828 "About approval of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, sample of the form and the description of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 28, Art. 3444; 1999, No. 41, Art. 4918; 2002, No. 4, Art. 330; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5596; 2008, No. 14, Art. 1412; 2010, No. 33, Art. 4433; 2014, No. 8, Art. 818; No. 26, Art. 3577; 2016, No. 7, Art. 982; No. 10, Art. 1424; No. 29, Art. 4821; No. 48, Art. 6774; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7600).
2. Determine that:
a) the forms of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation, made before entry into force of this resolution are used for execution of passports of the citizens of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation to their expenditure;
b) the passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation, which are drawn up on the forms specified in the subitem "an" of this Item are valid until their replacement at the scheduled time.
