Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 1992 No. 1904-XII "About Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. In preamble of the word "The Republic of Belarus, Paramilitary Organizations of the Republic of Belarus (Further — Paramilitary Organizations)" shall be replaced with words ", paramilitary organizations".
2. In Article 1:
in paragraph three:
exclude the words "The Republic of Belarus (Further — Other Troops and Military Forming)";
words of "army of the Republic of Belarus", "cases of the Republic of Belarus", "safety of the Republic of Belarus", "service of the Republic of Belarus" and "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with the words "armies", "cases", "safety", "services" and "legislation";
in paragraph four:
exclude the words "The Republic of Belarus (Further — the Ministry of Defence)";
words of "cases of the Republic of Belarus", "safety of the Republic of Belarus" and "committee of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with words of "cases", "safety" and "committee".
3. In part one of Article 2 of the word "acts of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "acts".
4. 6, Article parts two 7, Articles 13, Article parts two 14, of Articles 15 and 18 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude Articles from the paragraph of the sixth.
5. In part two of Article 9 of the word of "defense of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "defenses".
6. In part two of Article 10 of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislation".
