Article 1. No. ZR-16 "About citizenship of the Republic of Armenia" after the fourth paragraph to add article 13.1 of the Law of November 6, 1995 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"If for the introduction in certain position the Constitution or the law establish the requirement only about citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, person applying for such position shall give information on availability at it or about availability in the past of nationality of other state to authorized body of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in case of filing of application for the purpose of receipt of the certificate that he is not citizen of other state, and in case of acquisition by person holding such position, nationality of other state during period of service - within two weeks after receipt of nationality of other state. The application form about availability or about availability in the past of nationality of other state and the list of necessary documents establishes authorized body of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
Within a month after entry into force of this Law the authorized body of the Government establishes the application form about availability or about availability in the past of nationality of other state and the list of necessary documents.
