to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2021 No. UP-6259
1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 2020 No. UP-6059 "About Measures for Further Development of Silkworm Breeding and Karakul Breeding in the Republic of Uzbekistan":
a) to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 1 in the following edition:
"for members of Association on development of pasturable farms (further - Association) - participants of cluster compensations on covering of interest expenses on the bank loans allocated by it in 2020 - 2023 for financing of projects on creation of plantations of giant-fennel and its conversion, acquisition and cultivation of thoroughbred small cattle, and also slaughter of the cattle, forming of food supply, production of semifinished products and finished goods, including meat and dairy are provided, to conversion of wool and skins, and also construction and reconstruction of buildings and upgrade of production capacities, irrespective of amount, the number of projects and currency type, necessary for their realization, at the expense of means of the State fund of support of business activity in the amount of 50 percent from the interest rate established by commercial banks, but no more than on 10 percent points";
