About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2017 No. 859 "About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for related transplantation of kidney and (or) share of liver"
For the purpose of further enhancement of system of rendering high-technology specialized medical care to the population, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides determinations of procedure for transplantation of haematopoietic stem cells of marrow:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2017 No. 859 "About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for related transplantation of kidney and (or) share of liver" according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month;
till July 1, 2021 taking into account requirements of this resolution to approve "Road map" on the organization of stages of change of haematopoietic stem cells of marrow.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development B. A. Musayev and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. M. Hadzhibayev.
