Paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 415 "About approval of the basic standard rate of assignment of the part of profit directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2020 of economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state" (2021, No. 37, the Art. 2207) after the words "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with words "and private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo".
2. Paragraphs two and third Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 400 "Question of annual general meetings of private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo" (2021, 38, the Art. 2288) to state the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"30 percent of net profit in the amount of 1241087, 4 thousand hryvnias - on dividend payout in the government budget;
70 percent of net profit in the amount of 2895870, 6 thousand hryvnias - on production development.".
