About entering of amendments into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Item 1 of part 1 of Article 145 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) after the words "it is made protection of the state" to add with the words "including activities of bodies of the public and territorial administration, local self-government, the organizations within process of transition to the labor mode of warlike situation".
Article 2. Article 166 of the Code after the first offer to add with the new offer of the following content: "In case of response from annual leave within transfer process of activities of bodies of the public and territorial administration, local self-government, the organizations to the labor mode of warlike situation the consent of the worker is not required.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
