Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Legal profession of the Kyrgyz Republic and lawyer activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 672) the following changes:
regarding the 2nd Article 19:
a) state item 4 in the following edition:
"4) earlier deprived of the license for the occupation right by lawyer activities - within five years from the date of deprivation of the license;";
b) add part with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1) twice deprived of the license for the occupation right by lawyer activities;".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
