1. In Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "violations of the law" shall be replaced with words "administrative offenses".
2. To state the procedure for fixing of violations of the law in the field of safety on road transport in the automatic mode approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of fixing of administrative offenses in the field of safety on road transport in the automatic mode.
2. The terms used in this Procedure have the following value:
