About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2013 No. 704 "About approval of Standard regulations of maslikhat"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2013 No. 704 "About approval of Standard regulations of maslikhat" the following changes: in the Standard regulations of maslikhat approved by the above-named Decree:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These Standard regulations of maslikhat (further – regulations) are developed according to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law) and establish procedure for holding sessions of maslikhat, meetings of its bodies, introduction and considerations on them of questions, educations and elections of bodies of maslikhat, hearing of reports on their activities, reports on the done work of maslikhat before the population and activities of its permanent commissions, consideration of requests of deputies, power, the organization of activities of deputy associations in maslikhat, and also votes, operation of the device both other procedural and organizational matters.";

state Items 31 and 32 in the following edition:

"31. The maslikhat exercises control of execution of the local budget, economic and social development programs of the territories by hearing of reports of the akim of the corresponding territory.

32. The maslikhat hears at session the report of the akim of the corresponding territory according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 18, 2006 No. 19 "About carrying out reports of akims before maslikhats".

The report of the akim (person fulfilling its duties) on accomplishment of the functions and tasks assigned to it and the draft decision on it are submitted for consideration of the permanent commissions of maslikhat in three weeks prior to the corresponding session.
