Bring in the Procedure for forming of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation and delivery, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water and the Procedure for forming of rates for centralized water supply and the centralized water disposal approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for utilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2019, No. 30, Art. 1069; 2020, No. 49, the Art. 1538), changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of forming of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation and delivery, delivery service of heat energy and supply of hot water:
1) paragraph one of Item 12 after words of "other purposes" to add with words ", including implementation of payments (payments) for power service agreements";
Item 12-1 in paragraph one figure "2" to replace 2) with figure "4";
3) in Item 16:
third after the words "and deliveries" to add the paragraph with words ", including through the planned actions for power service agreements";
