About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of February 4, 2014 No. ZR-1 "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further - the Law):

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) person holding in Anti-corruption committee position of the employee of Anti-corruption committee at least 10 years whose powers were stopped on the bases established by Items 3 and 5 of part 1 of article 24 of the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee" and also based on recognition by the incapacitated judgment which took legal effect;";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 9 of the word of "Special investigative service" "Anti-corruption committee".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of the word "in Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words "in Anti-corruption committee".

Article 3. In Item 10 parts 4 Appendices to the Law of the word "position of the chief of Special investigative service and his deputy" shall be replaced with words "position of the chairman of Anti-corruption committee and its deputy".

Article 4.

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee".
