About modification of the Procedure for establishment of the status of person which was affected by human trafficking

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for establishment of the status of person which was affected by human trafficking, No. 417 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 39, the Art. 1476, No. 71, the Art. 2870), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for establishment of the status of person which was affected by human trafficking

1. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Statements are registered the responsible official of structural division of the local state administration in the corresponding paper or online magazine in the form approved by Minsotspolitiki, and to persons who gave them is reported about possibility of receipt of the help and its types.".

2. In Item 5 of the word "the victim from the crime connected with human trafficking or" to exclude.

3. In Item 12:

In paragraph one the word "Minsotspolitiki" to replace 1) with the word "Natssotssluzhby";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"Data acquisition by the local state administration by electronic information exchange with other state bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations or the organizations which have information necessary for service provision is performed from the moment of ensuring technical capability of such interaction.".

4. State Items 13 and 15 in the following edition:

"13. The documents specified in Item 12 of this Procedure are considered by National social service within five working days of date of their registration.
