About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About temporary measures for conducting anti-terrorist operation" for recovery of legitimate rights and freedoms of citizens on management of own property and receipt of credit services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About temporary measures for conducting anti-terrorist operation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 44, Art. 2040; 2018, No. 14, Art. 77) following changes:

1. Third of Article 2 to state part in the following edition:

"Provisions of parts one and the second this Article do not extend to charge of penalty fee and/or penalties on principal amount according to obligations according to credit agreements and loan agreements:

concluded with legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs whose location is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation, except settlements according to the lists provided by part four of article 4 of this Law if such agreements are signed after January 1, 2018 or after January 1, 2018 changes in part of prolongation of terms of accomplishment of obligations and/or reduction of the size of percent, penalties were as agreed by the parties made;

concluded with citizens of Ukraine whose residence is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation, except settlements according to the lists provided by part four of article 4 of this Law if such agreements are signed after May 1, 2021 or after May 1, 2021 changes in part of prolongation of terms of accomplishment of obligations and/or reduction of the size of percent, penalties were as agreed by the parties made".
