About introduction of amendments to article 7 of the Federal law "About Labor Unions, Their Rights and Guarantees of Activities"

1) in Item 1 the second offer to state in the following edition: "Charters of primary trade-union organizations, other trade-union organizations entering into structure of the all-Russian, interregional labor unions shall not contradict charters of the relevant labor unions.";
To add 2) with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Charters of the all-Russian, interregional associations (associations) of labor unions may contain regulations on not contradiction to their charters of provisions of charters of territorial, interregional associations (associations) of the organizations of the labor unions which are part of the corresponding all-Russian, interregional associations (associations) of labor unions.".
