1. In the allowing requirements imposed to non-state fire services, approved by the specified order:

"1) availability at least two fire trucks on the property rights or the main fire trucks acquired by means of leasing as the leasing recipient, confirmed with registration certificates of the vehicle, diagnostic cards of technical inspection of the car and technical inspection reports of readiness for suppression of the fires in form, according to appendix 1 to these allowing requirements *;";
3) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) availability of the staff employees provided with special regimentals and fire-proof equipment according to the list of special regimentals and fire-proof equipment on one worker of non-state fire service according to appendix 2 to these allowing requirements, number:
at least 17 people, at the rate of 1 chief of division, 4 workers including the driver on each main fire truck during duty shift *;
at least 9 people, at the rate of 1 chief of post and 2 workers during duty shift **;".
2. To provide to committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
