About modification of the Instruction about departure and receipt of documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents approved by the Order GNS No. 582 of November 24, 2020

In pursuance of Item 17), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to part (1) article 133 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, on February 8, 2007, special release):

1. To make the following changes to the Instruction about departure and receipt of documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents approved by the Order GNS No. 582 of 24.11.2020:

1) in Item 2 after words "change and closing of bank accounts and/or payment accounts" to add with words "physical resident persons,";

Item 3 to declare 2) invalid;

3) in Item 10:

- from the subitem 2) the phrase", connected with the budget" to exclude;

- add with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"other documents, as required".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
