About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2015 No. 152

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2015 No. 152 "About some measures for implementation of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in subitem 4.17 of item 4 of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to special water use, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of their action and issue of duplicates approved by this resolution "analytical (laboratory) control in the field of protection and use of waters" shall be replaced with words words "sampling and carrying out measurements in the field of environmental protection regarding use and protection of waters";
the fifth Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state water inventory and use of its data approved by this resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"about quality of the dumped sewage in superficial water objects by annual average results of sampling and carrying out measurements in the field of environmental protection, including when implementing by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of production observations in the field of environmental protection, rational use of the natural resources performed by the subordinate organization, and also other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs accredited according to the legislation authorized by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and standard rates of admissible dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
