About modification of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation

1. Item 10 of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 1997 No. 828 "About approval of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, sample of the form and the description of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 28, Art. 3444; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5596; 2008, No. 14, Art. 1412; 2016, No. 29, of the Art. 4821) to state in the following edition:
"10. Issue and replacement of passports are made by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities at the place of residence, in the place of stay or in the place of the address of citizens according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Along with the passport to the citizens who reached age of 14 years and also persons which acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation, except for persons submitting the application for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation in diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Russian Federation the publication of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is handed (in urgent edition).".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
