About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 17 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 155-159, 508), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) For the purpose of providing to persons with limited opportunities of independent conduct of life the central and local authorities of the public power, non-governmental organizations, business entities irrespective of their form of business proceeding from the functional powers estimate situation in the field and take specific measures for simplification of access for specified persons on an equal basis with other people to the physical circle, transport, information and means of communication, including information technologies and electronic communications, to other socially useful objects and services opened or provided to the population both in city and in rural settlements according to the existing standard rates, including by adaptation, reservation and designation by means of the international sign at least four percent of total quantity of parking spaces, however at least two, for the free parking of vehicles for persons with limited opportunities.";
add Article with part (4) the following content:
"(4) On public parking lots and platforms at the place of residence of persons with limited opportunities the administrator of those at the request of persons with limited opportunities allocates them places of the free parking as it is possible closer to entrance to the building.".
