According to Item 58.2 of article 58 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. Paragraph two of item 4 of the Section I of the Order of interaction of information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine concerning exchange of information, necessary for administration of taxes, charges and other obligatory payments, implementation of control procedures for observance of the tax and customs legislation approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 10, 2020 No. 286, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2020 for No. 593/34876, after the words "The State Register of Taxpayers — Physical Persons" to add with words ", the Unified register of tax notifications decisions of monitoring bodies, directed (handed) to taxpayers".
2. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
