Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 106 "About approval of the Procedure for development and accomplishment of the state target programs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 313; 2019, No. 20, the Art. 678) and of July 18, 2007 No. 950 "About approval of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2018, No. 37, Art. 1290; 2019, No. 84, Art. 2856; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 46) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 106 and of July 18, 2007 No. 950

1. According to the procedure of development and accomplishment of the state target programs, No. 106 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007:

In paragraphs one and the second Item 34 the word "resolutions" to replace 1) with the word "orders";

Item 45 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Till March 10 of the year following the accounting period, the central executive bodies which perform the common directorship and control over the implementation of actions and tasks of nation-wide programs submit to the Cabinet of Ministers the report on the course and results of accomplishment of nation-wide programs.";

Item in paragraph three 2 appendices 1 word "resolution" to replace 3) with the word "order".
