About approval of Changes in Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714, which are applied.
2. To self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the stock market and their members to bring the activities and internal documents into accord with this decision no later than 6 months from the date of its introduction in force.
3. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Tarabakin D.
