About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2002 No. 93-Z "About consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To state the name of the Law in the following edition:
"About consumer cooperation".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of consumer cooperation
The relations in the field of consumer cooperation are governed by the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, this Law, other acts of the legislation, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
This Law does not extend to other consumer cooperatives (housing, building, garage, etc.), and also to production cooperatives.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
3. In Article 3:
in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word of "crafts" "national art crafts";
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"creation of the markets and organization of their work;";
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"creation and development of organizations of education;";
to exclude from the paragraph of the eleventh word "Republic of Belarus".
4. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. State and consumer cooperation
The state promotes further development of consumer cooperation, provides protection of interests of consumer societies, their unions, exercises control (supervision) of their activities.
