The government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the Republican consultation of medical examination of viability according to appendix No. 1;

The instruction about procedure for establishment of disability according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.

Regulations on the Republican consultation of medical examination of viability

I. General provisions

1. Medical examination of viability represents medical and social activities which main objective is determination and assessment of the functional and structural violations of human body which are followed by restriction of activities and decline in the ability of individual of working-age to participation in realization of the vital problems.

2. The republican consultation of medical examination of viability is guided by the fundamental social and humane principles enshrined in the United Nations Declaration about the rights of people with functional shortcomings strictly adhering to ethics and medical deontology.
