About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of provision of the parcels of land for construction of power stations with use of renewable energy resources

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of renewable energy resources, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for use and the order by the state forest fund" of April 10, 2018 No. 192 the following changes:

according to the procedure of use and the order of the state forest fund, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add paragraph two of Item 1 with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) performance of works for the purpose of construction of power stations with use of renewable energy resources (further - RES).";

- the eleventh Item 5 after the words "and subsurface use" to add the paragraph with the words "and also constructions of power stations with use of RES";

- add Item 10 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-the power companies or other organizations having the corresponding qualification according to technical and economic indicators of object in cases of provision of lands of the state forest fund for construction of power stations with use of RES.";

- add with Item 23-1 of the following content:

"23-1. The commission by consideration of documents of applicants on provision of the parcel of land under construction of power stations with use of RES considers the following criteria:

1) availability of the preliminary feasibility statement including:

- technical and economic indicators of object: amount of annual development of electrical or heat energy, amount of financing and payback period, terms of asset construction, commissioning and beginning of issue electro-, heat power;
