About modification of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" rather social protection in case of approach of temporary disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Item of 1 part one of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 11, Art. 75; 2021, 8, 59) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"1) temporary disability owing to disease or the injury which is not connected with labor accident and also temporary disability for rehabilitation owing to disease or the injury which is not connected with labor accident".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation in the field of health care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 8, the Art. 59).
