1. Of 25.10.2012 about approval of the declaration form on the VAT and procedure for filling of the declaration on the VAT to make the following changes to appendix No. 1 to the Order No. 1164 of the Main state tax authorities:

Item 6 to exclude 1);

The first paragraph in the Russian version to state 2) to item 3.9 in the following edition:

"-the cost paid or subject to payment for the imported services".

2. The first tax period declared according to this order is the tax period - May, 2021.

3. In departure from part provisions (1) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this order becomes effective since May 1, 2021, except for subitem 2) of items 1, which become effective from the date of publication.
